One on one sessions working with a specific health and wellness goal. These sessions are great for clients that need that extra push to implement a diet or exercise plan to support their healthy lifestyle.
Each weekly session will honor accomplishments, work through challenges, introduce new information and provide weekly action items to work on throughout the week. The goal of this program is to encourage small, achievable changes in behavior that will ultimately lead to a larger shift in beliefs and offer a sense of ease to living a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle.
The detox cleanse is a reset for the body and mind. Removing toxins and clearing out the system to create a clean slate for reintroduction of common allergens. The cleanse is meant to be an experiential way of understanding your body and the foods that it thrives on.
