Megan's practice and teaching have been strongly influenced by Hatha, Ashtanga and Restorative yoga.   She enjoys sharing her passion for psychology, Buddhism and meditation and invites students to introduce these concepts into their practice in an accessible and relatable way.  Megan teaches a rigorous asana practice with a strong emphasis on breath, mindfulness and awareness of the physical body.
